The chinese restaurant in the hotel was really really good. We ate almost all our meals there except one. Especially the baked stuff, they bake it fresh so you have to wait for about 10-15 minutes. Its definitely worth the wait.

They also have a specialty of hainan chicken but we weren’t able to taste it because when we would order it would always be finished already for the day. Apparently people would order it in the morning so it would get out of stock for the whole day already.

Its been more than 15 years since my sister has been living in New York. It was the first time last year since she moved that she was able to join our family in Hong Kong but this time it was to celebrate her birthday. Since my brother goes to Hong Kong regularly, he chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner. 

You must try the chicken with black bean sauce and the char siew which melts in your mouth. You should also put the black bean sauce in your rice, its the perfect combination. 

For dessert, we pre-ordered almond buns when we got there since it takes a while to do it. Its definitely a must try especially if you like almonds. 

It was my first time to try this restaurant but I’d like to go back and try their dimsum as well.
